This event is the most anticipated annual Australian event in the United States with a menu created by Australian chefs Curtis Stone and Pete Evans in collaboration with Wolfgang Puck.
Guests enjoy performances by top entertainers and a selection of premium Australian wines.
The Black Tie Dinner honors notable Australians who have made significant contributions to their industry.
This year Honorees were Toni Collette (United States of Tara), Simon Baker (The Mentalist), and Golfing Legend Greg Norman.
